Bones, the greyhound, was with us for just 11 short years. She was a loyal friend and a great playmate for our children.

She was probably the laziest dog in the world. Her favourite occupation was to curl up at my feet whilst I spent long hours at the computer. Sometimes it was a struggle to get her out the door for a walk around the park.

Bones was also a very musical dog. Whenever the children practised their recorder she would accompany them with very tuneful howling (usually in time to the music)

A fussy eater she loved spicy food, particularly chilli con carne which we often had to add to her regular dog food to entice her to eat.

We miss her so much and still can't believe she isn't with us but we still talk about her a lot and she is forever in our thoughts.
